Job Description
- Understand project requirements and translate them into creative, visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Develop concepts, drafts, mockups, and final visuals using appropriate design tools, ensuring creativity, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Create, apply, and evolve brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms, including social media, digital marketing materials, presentations, and printed assets.
- Design and produce event-related materials such as banners, backdrops, invitations, brochures, presentations, templates, and promotional collateral.
- Develop pitch decks, visual presentations, templates, and mood boards that clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and brand direction.
- Present creative concepts to internal teams, explain design rationale, and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, projects, events, and business development teams to translate strategies into effective visual solutions.
- Edit and refine graphics, templates, and visual assets to ensure clarity, quality, and strong brand messaging.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.
- Prepare and deliver final artwork files optimized for print, production, and digital deployment.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, proactively proposing creative ideas and innovative visual solutions.
Required Skills
- Skilled in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
- Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Sheets for file management.
- Strong artistic sense and attention to detail.
- Creative, flexible, and open to learning and feedback.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
